Internet is flooded with many brands that offer high quality Work Out Clothes and shoes at reasonable rates but before you purchase anything on the internet, you must check out the reviews about the brand as well as the shopping site. I always shop from the trustworthy online vendors like https://www.carbon38.com/shop-all-activewear

I'm not sure if a thread considered Fixed is the right place for me to put a question, but here it goes.
The limit of 1 workout a day per topic is a bit frustrating for me.
I consider McSwain's point valuable, and it must be considered when you guys aggree or not in making more than 1 workout per topic per day available.
I think you could always leave to users which pace he wants to go, because users have different backgrounds and different goals, and when you restrict the way they use the app, they have only two options: buy the idea behind your method or search somewhere else what they're looking for.
If you aggree users have different needs, and, most importantly, if you think the apps philosophy wouldn't be hurt by letting people go in a different pace, you could set 2 or 3 paces according to one's goal, whether it be steadily learn or just cover the topics in the pace they want/need. You can still set default pace as 1 workout per topic per day, recommending it for several reasons, warning people about its advantages or about the disadvantages of going in fast pace, in terms of learning.

It is the top request here, dated march this year. It's november already and it still wasn't resolved. Please, allow us to do one lesson per topic daily instead of just one topic. It seems important for many people.
Edit:
You changed the status of the issue to In progress, thank you so much. Cheers! Gonna change 4 stars to 5 immediatly as soon as it is done. Take care!

As a learning and teaching specialist I understand the importance of limiting access to new content. If the user wants to pursue further study then he/she should seek to delve deeper into the five topics covered in the lesson.
Forcing content quantity regularity is also a good idea from a UX Design perspective. It further guarantees the healthy formation of a daily routine. I see my students all too often spend multiple hours a day studying, only to burnout a few days or weeks later. Rather than 10 to 0, force 4 every day.
In the case of gamified education apps with interactive content, I see that people get into a "just grind and see how many exercises i can complete." RPG-esque incentive structures are very powerful but have to be carefully managed in the case of education so that knowledge is effectively integrated into functional mental models, and isn't just rote learning. Forcing content restrictions can prove useful in directing users to more profound understanding with improved retention and more dexterity (domain flexibility) when applying it.
A lot of programmers are too smart for their own good. They think their tolerance to new information digestion is above average. That may be true, but it doesn't exempt them from being unfocused and inconsistent, and being subjected to domain-specificity and all the mind-numbing effects of info-overload.
The question is: do you want this app to help create good programmers or do you want to merely guarantee consistent and widespread usage of the app? It's difficult but not impossible to addict without generating overdependence and suboptimal outcomes.
Two suggestions:
1 Allow the user to do a lesson in the other topics, but just one lesson per topic per day.
2 Have a "further study" section at the end of each lesson for each of the sections covered in that lesson. This is what users should be doing instead of moving on to more material.
2b Make this list collaborative, so users can submit and curate it. Allow old discussion threads, videos, related info, use cases, etc. to be submitted and organized.

Though I agree it's a bad idea to let people run free on endless exercises, you could limit that by adding quizzes on the content learned, similar to duolingo whereby you learn stuff, then get quizzed. If you are away from the topic for so long, you are required to relearn/requiz
This will slow people down but not cap on one workout a day.

I'd be fine with one lesson per topic per day. Personally, I really want to improve on my git skills, but I can't just give up on python/js for that.

I wish the same. I love those workouts and I would spend a lot of time if we were allowed to practice more than 1 workout.

Agreed, would love to have the chance to do multiple topics or just more than one workout on days where I have the time.

And if it possible, it would be great to choose not from firstly suggested workouts but suggest new workouts by chosen topics everytime
